The glenohumeral joint consists of the scapula and the humerus.

The glenohumeral joint has the widest movable region comparing with other joints in the body, and operations of each direction which are listed below can be perform..

E.forward flexioncthe normal maximum movable range is 180‹

Ebackward extensioncThe normal maximum movable range is 50‹

EabductioncThe normal maximum movable range is 180‹

EadductioncThe normal maximum movable range is 75‹

Eexternal rotationcThe normal maximum movable range is 90‹

Although the shoulder moves intricately, there are still few conventional radiography to obtain diagnostic information now.

Furthermore, these conventional radiography are deficient in reproducibility, and much influences by radiological technologist's techniques and experiences.

In our research, the purpose is to develop an imaging and analytical method for a screening X-ray examination of the  shoulder movement using a dynamic FPD system.
